Kathleen Waite earned her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Fitchburg State University. She is certified in the TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency) trauma treatment models. Her clinical work has focused on those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, identity and self-esteem issues as well as other mental health and behavioral health challenges. Kathleen provides a safe and nurturing place to explore and express oneself. She is committed to helping her clients build effective coping skills so they may enhance their sense of competency and thrive in a somewhat confusing and uncertain world. Kathleen works with clients of all ages.
